1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one and half years;
2.Provided, That the defendant is above 3 years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On April 18, 2015, the Defendant was aware of the victim D (32 years of age, n) that was known through the Internet hosting site of "C" at the Namcheon-si, Chuncheon Station on April 19:45, 2015, and then was able to find out the name of the victim D (32 years of age, n, and n, which was known.e., the Defendant, while taking a meal, was scam in a softening restaurant where it is difficult to find out that the victim was sexually ill, but the Defendant was scambling with the victim, but the victim refused to engage in rape, and eventually, she was scamd into the Felel located in Chuncheon City, Chuncheon with the victim.
At around 01:00 on April 19, 2015, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the Defendant from taking the victim’s 602 room with drinking alcohol, by putting the victim with “her house,” making him/her go to her; (b) demanded him/her to be off his/her clothes while speaking, she shall not go to her house; and (c) demanded him/her to be off his/her clothes, and the victim to have his/her clothes cut off on his/her body when the victim completely refuses to do so, she was able to take three times the victim’s face, she was frightened with her face, and walking back with the victim, and failed to resist the victim’s her clothes by forcing him/her to leave his/her clothes, and continuing rape, but the Defendant tried to leave his/her clothes with his/her her own body and her body, and tried to leave his/her clothes without being able to do so.”
