In the Daegu District Court case where the plaintiff filed a claim against the defendant on May 31, 2007, Daegu District Court 2007Kadan29413, the above court issued three promissory notes with the defendant on May 31, 2007 (i) the bill number C, 15,163,000 won at par value, issue date October 25, 2006; (ii) the due date on January 31, 2007; (iii) the bill number D, 10,148,000 won; (iv) the due date on October 25, 2006; (v) the due date on February 28, 2007; (v) the bill number E, 5,769,00 won; and (v) the date of issuance on December 14, 2006; and (v) the date of payment on March 31, 2008.
