Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant in violation of the Road Traffic Act is a person who is engaged in driving 50cc of unregistered 50cc.
On January 29, 2014, the Defendant driven the above car on the 11:30th of January 29, 2014, and proceeded along with a road, which is one-lane in front of the national bank, from the boundary of the public playground located in the north-dong, through the intersection, and came to turn to the left in the direction of the earth and the right at the above intersection.
