A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Indecent acts by compulsion;

A. The Defendant, at the same date and time as paragraph 1(a), placed the said victim on the bed at the bed of the said victim, and, at the same time and place, did an act to facilitate the victim’s blood circulation by taking charge of or enjoying the victim’s timber, spine, brate, etc., and was charged KRW 50,000 in return for such act.

B. The Defendant, at the same time and place as Paragraph 1(b), committed an act, such as promoting the blood circulation of the victim by taking the victim’s trees, spine, pellets, etc. in his/her hands or taking her body in the same manner as that of Paragraph 1(b), and cutting down the accumulated meat, and received KRW 40,000 in return therefor.

As a result, the Defendant did not obtain the qualification of each Madice and got a massage for profit.
