Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.
Where the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On March 14, 2018, at around 09:30, the Defendant infringed upon the victim’s residence by entering the front of the entrance door through the gate and the middle door of the said residence that was not corrected without any justifiable reason.
