Punishment of the crime

On November 2015, the Defendant, without obtaining permission from the Jinju market, diverted to the purpose of loading construction materials on the 1,264 square meters in Jinju-si, Jinju-si, farmland in the agriculture promotion area (the publicly announced land amounting to 29,956,80 won), which is farmland in the agriculture promotion area.
