Punishment of the crime

On December 19, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for four months at the Changwon District Court for the crime of assault, and the judgment on December 27, 2018 becomes final and conclusive.

1. 경범죄처벌법위반 피고인은 2018. 8. 23. 03:50경 김해시 B에 있는 C지구대에서 피고인이 행인을 폭행한 사건과 관련하여 경찰관들이 그 피해자를 만나게 해 주지 않는다는 이유로 불만을 품고 술에 취하여 그 곳에서 근무 중인 경장 D 등 경찰관들에게 큰 소리로 “야이 좆밥 새끼들아, 씨발놈아, 개새끼야, 잇뽕뜨자”라고 욕설을 하고, 이에 경찰관들이 피고인을 제지하며 귀가하도록 수 회 권유하였음에도 불응한 채 경찰관들에게 삿대질을 하면서 상의를 벗은 채 다시 큰 소리로 위와 같이 욕설을 하는 등 약 20분간 소란을 피웠다.

Around 02:00 on November 1, 2018, the Defendant: (a) expressed alcohol in the cafeteria “G” restaurant operated by the Victim F (F) in Kimhae-si; (b) expressed a large voice to female customers on his name, who are seated on the next table; and (c) expressed a large voice to “Yeh, I am sel, I am sar, I am sar, I am sar, I am sar, I am.” When the victim said that he would not take the Defendant’s bath, I am sar, I am a large voice, and I am am sar, I am a large voice to the Defendant’s customers who were seated in the vicinity of the Defendant; and (d) interfere with the operation of the cafeteria, I am sarbling by going back to the victim’s body by force during the operation of the cafeteria.”
