Punishment of the crime

On February 14, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment with prison labor for the attempted larceny of night structures at the Ulsan District Court, etc., and on June 9, 2017, which was sentenced to 2 years of suspended execution, the Defendant was sentenced to 7 months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the same court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on July 12, 2017, and thus the sentence of suspended execution became null and void. Accordingly, the Defendant attempted to steal property by intrusioning on a structure managed by the victimized person at night.

From June 3, 2018 to around 20:30 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) opened a door in front of the “G” building in Suwon-si F during the period from around 20:40 on June 3, 2018, which was parked in front of the “G” building owned by the Victim H, and taken up KRW 70,000 in total, such as paper paper and paper paper and paper paper, which were parked in the vehicle.
