A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 203:40 on February 20, 2014, the Defendant: (a) of the Road Traffic Act and the violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) led the Defendant to drive a car under the influence of alcohol of about 0.119% of the blood alcohol concentration without a driver’s license in the section of approximately 1km of Seongdong-gu Seoul, Seongdong-gu, Seoul to approximately 334-1 front roads where the trade name in Yongsan-gu, Seoul is unknown.
