A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates a restaurant called "D" in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and the victim E (the 16-year age) is a person who works as a part-time student in the above restaurant from the end of August 2016 to the end of August.
