A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a doctor who operates “H acids and clinics” on the 14th floor of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G Building, and is a narcotics handler.
