Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 24, 2012, at around 00:18, the Defendant driven a bpppon car at around 00:28 on the same day from the front of the French-gu Seoul Samsungdong to the road 685, Seongdong-gu, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, while under the influence of alcohol content 0.092% of the blood alcohol content.
