Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On October 25, 2013, Defendant B was sentenced to a suspended sentence of six months for special larceny by the Gwangju District Court on June 25, 2014, and the suspended sentence was revoked on June 25, 2014, and the execution of the said sentence was terminated in the Gwangju District Court on December 17, 2014.
On October 31, 2015, the Defendants: (a) around 01:44, 2015, the Defendants: (b) around 01:4, 01:1); (c) around the Seo-gu Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju; (d) Defendant B reported the network; and (e) Defendant A prepared four (4) the market value of the victim E-owned 200,000,000 won, which was attached to the victim E.
As a result, the defendants stolen the property owned by the victim together.
