Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Defendant’s agency contract and termination notification 1) The Defendant (trade name was “Stock Company BL” from “Stock Company BL” to “BM” on February 13, 2015, and “BK” on November 7, 2017.
Defendant is only referred to as “Defendant”
(2) The Plaintiffs indicated in the attached Table Nos. 1, 2, 3, 5 through 34, 36, 37, 38, 39, 41, 42, 43, and 64 (hereinafter the above 41 Plaintiffs are referred to as “BM Plaintiffs”; hereinafter in the attached Table Nos. 1, 2, 3, 5 through 34, 36, 38, 39, 41, 42, 43, and 64, the Plaintiffs are referred to as “Plaintiffs”.
In the lower and lower parts, the “Plaintiff” column in the attached Table shall be indicated by the sequence.

A) In addition, the Defendant entered into an agency contract on the collection and delivery of selective cargo in attached Table 1 with each of the above Plaintiffs on the date stated in the “Conclusion of Contract” column of attached Table 1 stating that the Defendant entrusted each of the above Plaintiffs with the work of carrying out basic tasks for selective distribution, such as collection, storage, classification, delivery, etc. of cargo in each of the areas indicated in the attached Table 1 with the payment of fees, etc. to the above Plaintiffs in accordance with the pre-determined standard for handling affairs (hereinafter “instant agency contract”).
(2) Each agency contract of this case was automatically renewed every year unless one of the parties to the contract expresses his/her intent to terminate the contract in writing by means of content-certified mail pursuant to Article 3 at least three months prior to the expiration of the contract period. Each agency contract between the Plaintiffs and the Defendant was maintained from February 2017 to March 2017, where the Defendant promoted the integration of the agencies and notified each agency termination to the respective agents.
