A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. A thief, around 00:02 on August 21, 2015, the Defendant: (a) took 42 scamblings inside Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si; (b) had a 700,000 won of the opon6 market price owned by the victim who was placed on his/her front, and stolen it.
