Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On February 1, 2014, at around 22:10, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s face at a time on several occasions on the ground that the Defendant was faced with shoulder with the victim C (the age of 35) in front of the Jung-gu, Sungnam-gu B apartment 101 et al.

As a result, the defendant suffered injury to the victim within the left-hand side of the need for medical treatment for about five weeks and the framework.
