1. Of the judgment of the court of first instance, the part against the Defendants is revoked, and the Plaintiff’s claim corresponding to the revoked part is all revoked.

1. Basic facts

A. (1) Defendant EFF World Organizing Committee (hereinafter “Defendant Organizing Committee”) and Defendant Korea Korea Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant KAVO”) held the event “F1 Korea’s Republic of Korea SPP World PPPP (hereinafter “instant stadium”) in the former Yong-Nam F1 stadium (hereinafter “instant stadium”) from July 9, 2011 to July 10, 201.

(2) Defendant KRVO recruited a volunteer for the operation of the instant event.

(5) The following terms and conditions are agreed to allow A to use BMW vehicles belonging to B in accordance with the following terms and conditions.
