1. The defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months;

However, the above sentence against Defendant A for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. On November 11, 2017, the Defendant reported to the effect that the Defendant, along with her friendship B, called “E” in the trade name of “E” in Seoul Dongdaemun-gu Seoul and the 1st underground floor, and reported to the effect that the Defendant was refused to demand the said D to give a woman who is an entertainment worker, and that the said D would be subject to criminal punishment. As a result, the defendant reported false facts to D for the purpose of criminal punishment.

B. 2. On November 11, 2017, Defendant B: (a) confirmed that there was no female police officer at the above entertainment bar around 22:40 on the same day; (b) and (c) attempted to arrest the Defendant-friendly A who made a false report to 112; and (d) to arrest the Defendant-friendly A who was a current criminal.
