On April 5, 2013, at around 00:01, the Defendant driven BM7 car at approximately 2 km on the front of a mutually influent restaurant located in Sungnam-dong, Sungnam-gu, Samnam-dong, in the state of alcohol of 0.073% of blood alcohol concentration.
