1. The Plaintiff:
A. The effect of Defendant Co., Ltd is KRW 682,549,723 as well as the effect thereof, from February 2, 2016 to November 9, 2016.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. 1) The Plaintiff is the party to the dispute. The Plaintiff is the party to the dispute with six Osan-ro 422 Osan-ro 392 households, Osan-ro 422 Osan-ro Masan-ro 392 households (hereinafter “instant apartment”).
In order to manage the apartment of this case, the owner of the apartment of this case (hereinafter referred to as the “owner of the apartment of this case”) is a business entity that constructed and sold the apartment of this case, and the defendant Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “Defendant Guarantee Corporation”) is a guarantee company that issued a defect repair insurance policy on the apartment of this case for the effectiveness of the defendant.

On June 20, 2007, Defendant 1 entered into a contract for the construction of new apartments and the repair of defects, which obtained approval for the construction of the instant apartment, and completed the construction, and obtained approval for the use of the instant apartment from the Osan market on February 1, 2010. 2) Defendant Guarantee Corporation entered into a contract for the repair of defects as stated below (hereinafter “each of the instant guarantee contracts”) on January 14, 2010, with the guarantee creditor as to the instant apartment and the instant apartment as the Osan market on January 14, 2010, and issued each of the warranty warranty contracts as stated below (hereinafter “each of the instant guarantee contracts”).
After that, as the Plaintiff, which is an autonomous management body of the apartment of this case, the secured creditor of each guarantee contract of this case, was changed to the Plaintiff.
