Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who raises and slaughters a dog in Southern-si B.

1. No person who violates the Animal Protection Act shall kill in a public place, such as on the street, or kill animals of the same kind in front of other animals;
