1. The Plaintiff:
A. Defendant B’s KRW 50,000,000 and for this, KRW 5% per annum from December 19, 2014 to November 26, 2015;
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On August 31, 2009, the Plaintiff prepared a sales contract to sell each land listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “each land of this case”) to D in the purchase price of KRW 750,000,000 (hereinafter “the sales contract of this case”). The Defendant B’s name is indicated in the column for approval of the sales contract of this case.
B. The Plaintiff paid KRW 5,00,000 to Defendant B on August 31, 2009. Defendant B prepared and issued a receipt to the Plaintiff, and the Plaintiff stated that “part of each of the instant land fees” and “the amount of the said fees shall be received under the conditions of return of the indicated real estate” in the indication column of real estate.

Defendant C entered into a sales contract with D to purchase each of the instant real estate.
The Plaintiff received KRW 75,00,000 from D on August 31, 2009 as the purchase price for each of the instant lands, and received KRW 630,000,000 from the account under the name of Defendant C, which was the Plaintiff’s son on January 11, 2010.
E. As to the purchase price of each of the instant lands, Defendant C paid KRW 40,000,000 on September 17, 2009 to Defendant D’s husband F, respectively, and KRW 40,000,000 on the following day, and on December 18, 2009, Defendant C paid KRW 630,000,000 and KRW 70,000 on January 11, 2010 to the Plaintiff via the Plaintiff’s account in the Plaintiff’s name, respectively.
F. On January 15, 2010, Defendant B drafted and issued a receipt upon receipt of KRW 70,000,000 from Defendant C, and the receipt was indicated in the column for indicating the above real estate’s receipt. The phrase “the remainder of each land of this case”, “Plaintiff, and Defendant B” is indicated in the column for indicating the above real estate’s receipt.
(G) On January 15, 2010, the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to 1,760 square meters of G factory site in Kimpo-si on May 4, 2010, on the ground of sale and purchase on April 9, 2010, and H reply on September 30, 201.
