A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

A person who intends to conduct a juvenile game providing business or a business providing Internet computer game facilities shall register with the head of a Si/Gun/Gu after installing such facilities.

Nevertheless, the defendant does not register the juvenile game providing business with the competent authority;

1. Installation of one game machine "CUBE N.5)", which was rated as game products for the entire use on the front side of the "C" located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government from October 2012 to October 14, 2013, and

2. Installation of one game machine of “ smart food (SMARPUS)”, which was rated as a game product by the entire user, on the front path of “E” located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government from August 15, 2013 to October 11, 2013, and is rated as a game product;

3. Setting up one game machine for “Co-ownership (KORSOP)” (hereinafter “LOVP”) game on the front side of “GV” in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government from October 7, 2013 to October 16 of the same month, each of which was rated as a game product, and thereafter up to October 25, 2013, one of the game machine for “LOVH” (LOV) game instead of the “Co-ownership” (hereinafter “LOVH”), respectively;

4. On October 10, 2013, from around October 13, 2013 to around the 13th day of the same month, one game machine of “Ima”, which was classified as game products by the entire user, was installed in the front path of “Ima” in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and run a non-registered game providing business by providing each of the said game products for public use.
