Criminal facts

On May 16, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to six months in Seoul Western District Court due to night building intrusion, larceny, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence on September 15, 2019.

1. Night-time theft of buildings;

A. On October 17, 2019, at around 01:03, the Defendant cut the chain locks of the entrance No. 31 of the fifth floor of the Yongsan-gu Seoul Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B parking lot, and intruded into the structures managed by D Co., Ltd., the Defendant stolen the Defendant’s total market value of KRW 3.6 million in total, 4 mobile phone devices owned by the victim at the cell phone store in the “F” mobile phone store operated by the victim E of the eight floors (gal lusium 105G, Aphone XS Max (256G), and 56G).

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd another person's structure and stolen the victim's property.

B. On October 31, 2019, at around 02:30, the Defendant: (a) 12 mobile phones owned by the victim in the cell phone store in the “H” mobile phone store operated by the victim G of the 8th floor (12 units of Aphone X M (256G); (b) 3 units of Aphone XS M (64G); (c) 72 units of Aphonephone, Aphone X X 72; and (c) 8.88,00,00 won in total market price of the 61st floor parking lot of the 6th floor of the building B; and (d) 3 units of Aphone X M (256G); and (e) 12 units of Aphone X M (64G); and (e) 72 units of AphoneM; and (e) juphone X 90,000 won in the market price.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd another person's structure and stolen the victim's property.

2. At around 02:00 on Nov. 19, 2019, the Defendant: (a) driven a kV125 Orala, which had been parked in front of the Seoul Special Metropolitan City Special Metropolitan City Gwanak-gu I’s I’s Office while keeping smart height under the seat; and (b) stolen the kV125 Orala, which was owned by the VictimJ.
