Punishment of the crime

On January 25, 2013, at around 02:25, the Defendant, a taxi engineer and a police officer belonging to the C District District, called the victim D (26 years of age) who was called up after receiving 112 of the report due to the problem of taxi rates on the roads B in Gyeyang-gu, Gyeyang-gu, Ansan-gu, and called the victim, among E and two police officers of the said taxi driver E, expressed a great desire for 15 minutes of the investigation into the relevant facts, such as “Creker, fluor equal fluor, fluort fluor,” and sexually insulting the victim.
