A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not less than ten months and by a fine not exceeding 200,000 won.
If the above fine is not paid, 100,000 won.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The defendant's sole crime;
A. From September 26, 2014, around 12:20 on September 26, 2014, the Defendant intruded into the 1st floor of the Gangnam-gu Seoul building, Seoul, and took advantage of the cresh in which the victim D used one mobile phone at the market price of KRW 900,000,000 to be owned by the victim, and used the cresh in which the victim D used the cresh in the guard room, and invaded another person’s building at least five times in total from around that time to October 24, 2014, and stolen another person’s goods.
B. The Defendant violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint conflict) and attempted to raise money from middle students E, who passed after the lapse of the aforesaid period.
1) On July 19, 2014, the Defendant: (a) sent money to the victim F (12 years of age) who passed ahead of the victim F (12 years of age) in the vicinity of the Ilwon-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul; and (b) showed the attitude that E would inflict bodily harm on the victim if he/she refuses to comply with the demand by leading him/her to do so by carrying on his/her her fry, and (c) received the cash of KRW 14,000 and KRW 20,000 in cultural products owned by him/her from the victim who was drinking by him/her; (b) on September 19, 2014, the Defendant jointly carried out the victim’s property with E; and (c) on September 19, 2014, the Defendant provided the victim with his/her fry in front and set up his/her fry money and presented the victim’s attitude that he/she did not comply with the demand of the victim for his/her fright by taking off the victim’s property.
C. On October 15, 2014, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) 1: (a) from the roads of Samsungdong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul to the front road of the underground parking lot in which the trade name is unknown, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, without obtaining a motorcycle driver’s license around 02:20 on October 15, 2014.
