1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 488,136,210 as well as KRW 2,450,00 among them, from October 1, 2008 to December 23, 2015.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. (1) The Plaintiff, around March 2008, agreed to sell the instant contract amount of KRW 292 square meters for B factory sites, KRW 68 square meters for C road, and KRW 59 square meters for D factory sites (hereinafter “each of the instant lands”) to the Defendant for KRW 254 million in the purchase price. Around March 2008, the Plaintiff agreed to the down payment of KRW 38.1 million for intermediate payments, KRW 38.1 million for intermediate payments, and KRW 178 million for remainder payments.

After that, the Plaintiff and the Defendant changed the purchase price to KRW 296 million on March 13, 2008, and the remainder increased to KRW 219.8 million.
