Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 20, 2018, the Defendant, without a driver’s license of a motor vehicle, driven a vehicle of 2 km C truck from the front of his house located in the Namyang-gun B of the Republic of Korea to the front of his house located in the Namyang-gun of the Republic of Korea, which is located in the front of the Do in the front of his house located in the Namyang-gun B of the Republic of Korea.
