1. Around November 22:15, 2015, the Defendant forced indecent act committed an indecent act by force against the victim by waiting for the 'N' before the 'N' located in Busan Jin-gu M, Busan, the lower part of the victim's O (the 28 years old), one hand, led the victim to an indecent act by force.
