A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives B cargo vehicles.

The Defendant, around 18:05 on April 25, 2013, driven a blood alcohol level of 0.198% without a driver’s license, and proceeded with a road in front of a friendly restaurant in both sides of the frontnam-gun, on the face of the removal of the road from the front-Namnam-gun, the Defendant neglected to perform the duty of the front-round watch, and caused the Defendant to have the front-round part of the Defendant’s cargo vehicle following the DNA car driven by the victim C (V, 44 years old) in front of the Defendant’s cargo vehicle, which was driven by the victim E (V, 47 years old) in front of the vehicle.

As a result, the Defendant: (a) caused the studio car to be scrapped; and (b) caused damage to the said studio car amounting to KRW 704,00,000, the Defendant immediately stopped and escaped without taking necessary measures.

2. Crimes under Articles 40 and 50 of the Criminal Act of the ordinary concurrent crimes (mutual crimes under Articles 40 and 50, and between the crimes of violating the Road Traffic Act and the crimes of violating the Road Traffic Act).

Determination of each sentence of imprisonment with prison labor (the fact that there was a history of being sentenced to a fine due to drinking driving in 2010, the fact that drinking driving is considerably high, and the fact that a person was aboard a damaged passenger vehicle and escaped without taking any measures.).
