1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a period of one year and four months;

2.Provided, That the above sentence shall be executed for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

I. On November 19, 2012, Defendant A posted a letter that “as access to the Internet NAV D car page on the cross-fluorial paper located in Busan on November 19, 2012, Defendant A sold 2.50,000 won to the victim E who applied for purchase.” As such, Defendant A made a false statement that he/she would sell NAPC for KRW 2.50,000.

However, even if the defendant received money from the victim, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to sell the tables PC.

At around 19:39 on the same day from the victim E, the Defendant received 2.5 million won at the value of the goods from the victim E to the NAF account, and saved the contact.

In such a manner, the Defendant shall use the attached list of crimes (A)

1. As indicated in the statement, 5,22,00 won was transferred to the Agricultural CooperativeF (A) account, and the National Bank G account (A) account, over 15 times, by deceiving 13 victims between November 19, 2012 and December 9, 2012.

II. On December 18, 2012, the Defendant posted an advertisement to the Internet NAVD D, “I will sell a gallon S3 mobile phone” while having no intent or capacity to sell a mobile phone, and reported it to the victim H who had contacted, “I will sell a mobile phone as if it actually sold a mobile phone,” and notified the Defendant’s agricultural I bank account number in the name of the Defendant.

At around 00:26 of the same month, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, received 40,000 won from the victim to the above account as the mobile phone price.

The defendant from that time until January 5, 2013, shall be subject to the list of offenses (A) in attached Form 3.

2. As described in the foregoing, the victims were urged by the said nine occasions, and the victims were remitted total of KRW 3,040,000 as the price for goods from the victims.

III. "2013 Highest 3414"

1. On January 6, 2013, the Defendant did not own a gallon, and thus did not intend or have an ability to sell the gallon. The Defendant posted an advertisement “I sell a gallon gallon on the Internet NAC,” and reported it.
