A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

"2019 Highest 730"

1. On January 5, 2019, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “gallonian 9 mobile phones are sold” posted by the Defendant on “E” on the Internet site at the Defendant’s residence in the Seo-gu Incheon building and the Defendant’s residence, and that “on the first deposit of the price, the Defendant will send the goods to door-to-door.”

As above, the Defendant deceivings the victim as above and received 650,000 won from the F Bank Account (G) in the name of the Defendant on the same day.

2. On January 14, 2019, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “The Defendant would send an article to the victim H, who reported and contacted the Defendant’s “sale of mobile phones” at the same place as indicated in paragraph (1) of the same Article, and that “on the first deposit of the price, the Defendant would send it to the door-to-door.”

As above, the Defendant deceivings the victim as above and received 600,000 won from the F Bank Account (G) in the name of the Defendant on the same day.

On October 13, 2018, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “The Defendant would send the above wallet to the victim I,” and “the transfer of money,” posted by the Defendant on the Internet site “E” at an insular site.

However, even if the defendant receives money from the victim, he did not have any intention or ability to send the above wall to the victim.

As above, the Defendant deceivings the victim and received 250,000 won from the J bank account (K) on the same day.
