Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a rocketing taxi driver.

On June 21, 2017, around 09:51, the Defendant was driving along the five-lane road in front of Daegu Jung-gu, Daegu-do along one-laned four-laned four-laned one-laned one-laned one side from the offside of the half-month distance. On the other hand, the Defendant was driving in the victim E (V, 23 years old) in front of the Defendant’s moving direction, while driving in the four-laned side of the half-month distance from the offside of the half-month distance, and the Defendant was driving in parallel with the path of the Defendant.

Accordingly, the Defendant, along the above-mentioned one lane, operated in close vicinity of the rocketing taxi, which is a dangerous object to the victim's driving of the motor vehicle in the same direction, and changed the lane to the three-lane to avoid this, and subsequently, changed to the two-lane to the two-lane, and changed to the four-lane to the four-lane to avoid this, the Defendant changed to the three-lane to the three-lane to the three-lane to operate the motor vehicle in close vicinity to the other.
