Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant, along with his nameless telephone financial fraud (one scaming) and B, conspired with the Defendant to acquire money by telephone to many unspecified persons and to lend money at a low interest rate.
On March 22, 2019, 2019, the personnel of the Singishing operations called “D Bank Review Division E. The repayment of loans currently used is possible at a low interest rate of up to 35 million won.
