Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 13, 2015, from around 23:30 to around 02:20 on October 14, 2015 to around 14, 2015, the Defendant: (a) at the main point of the trade name, “C” located in the Singu Sinsan-si B; (b) made the victim D (the victim of the victim of the victim of the victim of the victim of the victim of the victim’s right to ask questions about his/her privacy; and (c) made the above D to respond to the said D’s refusal to do so, such as “I would like to do so.”

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the victim's main business by force.

2. On October 14, 2015, the Defendant engaged in obstruction of performance of official duties: (a) around 02:15, when the Inspector F, who is a police official belonging to the Manbu Police Station E-districted in the Manbu Police Station, called the “Cju” and called the “Cju”, solicits him to invalid; (b) 4 times the above F’s right shoulder on the floor of hand; and (c) kn the said F’s timber with the left hand, and served as a drinking that could be said to be at the time of the said F.

As a result, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties of police officers in criminal investigations.
