Defendants shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, only 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a non-standing director of the DDR located in Asan City (hereinafter referred to as “D”), and Defendant B is a head of Asan City E.

From May to June, 2018, the Defendants recruited to join the association members by preparing a false farmland lease agreement to F, etc. who do not actually own a farmer, and preparing and submitting a false document as if they were to possess a farmer.

As discussed above, Defendant B conspired with the above Defendants: around May 2018 through June 6, 2018, upon delegation of the authority to prepare a lease contract for H-si in the City of Busan owned by the said G, Defendant B drafted a false lease contract with the content of “Lease G,” and “Lessee F,” and at the I Office around July 25, 2018, applied for the registration of the said Myeon Office to F in the farmland ledger to the employee of the said Myeon Office, and submitted the false lease contract to F registered in the farmland ledger.

Defendant

A around July 25, 2018, when F was registered in the farmland ledger as above, upon applying for membership to F in D, the F entered F in the farmland ledger with D around August 23, 2018, and the F was entered into the farmland ledger with D members around August 23, 2018, and around March 3, 2019 by entering D members, the said F was entered into the farmland ledger with 10 persons, such as F, etc., who did not actually enter the actual farmer in the farmland ledger in the same manner as written in the list of crimes in attached Table.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to enter ten persons such as F without membership in the electoral register in a false manner.
