On May 20, 2018, the Defendant driven around 0.104% alcohol concentration among blood transfusions at around 05:05, the Defendant driven a section of approximately one kilometer for one kilometer to the roads front of the access road to the 3rd west-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul at the entrance of the Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Hong-dong, Seo-dong.
