The punishment of the accused shall be determined by a year of imprisonment.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of three years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2016 Highest 1291"

1. Special intimidation: (a) on June 12, 2016, the Defendant was driving at around 16:08 BWz car and was going to the intersection in front of the “D gas station” located in the northwest-gu, west-gu, west-gu, west-gu, west-gu, the Defendant: (b) had a victim E (23 years old) driving car entering the said intersection by making a left-hand turn from the direction of the D gas station to the right-hand reservoir; and (c) had a victim E (23 years old) driving car enter the said intersection, in front of the Defendant.

I think of this, I tried to overtake the damaged vehicle by driving the benz car, and then prevented the driving of the damaged vehicle by stopping the damaged vehicle before the damaged vehicle, even if there is no front vehicle or obstruction, and threatened the victim as if he would cause a traffic accident and threaten the victim's body.

Accordingly, the defendant threatened the victim by using a dangerous vehicle.

2. On June 12, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driving a benz car in approximately four km section from the 95-6 Chang-gu, Seo-gu, Seocheon-si to the said Chang-si parking lot through D gas stations in the same Gu C, without a driver’s license, around 16:08.

On July 10, 2016, the Defendant driven a car at approximately 3km c230 meters from the 1753km to the 1753rd road without a vehicle driver's license on July 10, 2016.
