Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving the Poter, Postopos, and to cut down the Posto.

1. On September 14, 2013, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act: (a) drive the said vehicle with blood alcohol concentration of 0.237% (equipment measurement) as a main part of duties around 22:15, and (b) drive the said vehicle at a evisic speed of the Gun map of one lane in front of the Manosungsung Motor Vehicle Center in the upper part of the Gangseo-gu Jinsung-gun, Jinsung-gun, Jinsung-gun.

In this case, the driver of the vehicle has a duty of care to properly see the front side and the left side and the left side and accurately manipulate the steering gear and prevent the accident from occurring.

Nevertheless, the defendant left the lane by negligence while neglecting this, and received the shock tank from the front part of the defendant's vehicle and damaged the property amounting to KRW 4,00,000.

2. On the date and time set forth in paragraph (1) of the Road Traffic Act, the Defendant driven a 700-meter distance from the road front of the forestry cooperative located in the Hasung-gun Gyeongsung-gun Gyeongsung-gun Gyeongsung-gun Gyeongdong, to the front side of the Manosung-ri ri in the same Eup/Myeon, in state of the blood alcohol concentration of 0.237% (equipment measurement) of blood alcohol level of the Defendant.

3. Any person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall subscribe to the liability insurance determined by the State for the drivers of motor vehicles;

Nevertheless, even though the Defendant owned an automobile, he did not subscribe to liability insurance on September 14, 2013 and operated the vehicle as described in the foregoing paragraph (1).
