1. The Defendant shall pay 68,700,000 won to the Plaintiff and 20% per annum from April 8, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

The judgment deeming confession (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act, and Article 208(3)2 of the Defendant is deemed to have led to a simple written objection that does not contain any content that contests the cause of the Plaintiff’s claim, but did not submit any subsequent written reply, and therefore, the Plaintiff’s assertion is deemed to have been led to a confession under Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act.
