Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On February 9, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year for a violation of the Military Service Act at the District Court of the Republic of Korea on June, 2015, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on February 17, 2015.
1. On March 28, 2013, the Defendant and C, D, E, F, and G jointly committed the instant crime: around 00:19, the Defendant driving a HAD car at a high speed of the number of minutes near the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Nowon-gu, at a speed of D, F, and HAD car received from D, F, as if he suffered an injury due to a traffic accident with G, and B, C, as if he suffered an injury due to a traffic accident, and E and D were driving the said vehicle while driving the said vehicle, while E and D were driving the said vehicle, they were ordered to report the vehicle following the said AF car and stop the said vehicle, and then, the Defendant paid the said AF car at a speed of 0:50,000,000 won by causing the said AF car to stop the said AF car, and then, the Defendant paid the damage insurance money to B, as if 60,000 won was caused by the said traffic accident caused by damage to B.
As such, the Defendant, in collusion with B, C, and D, acquired 16,952,470 won from the injured person.
2. The Defendant, K, L, M, D, E, and F’s joint crimes committed on April 29, 2013, the Defendant: (a) drive a HH-free car in the northwest of the riverside in the vicinity of Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on April 22, 2013; (b) decided that K, L, and M will be driven as if they were injured by traffic accidents; (c) he/she gets in the said A-free car; and (d) E and D, while driving the E and D while driving the said A-free car, reported that the N followed the said A-free car while driving it, and ordered the N to stop the said A-free car in the future; and (c) subsequently, C-W used the said car to shock the back part of the A-F car; and (d) followed it.
