With respect to a loan case between the plaintiff and the defendant, Seoul Northern District Court Decision 2006Gadan5580, Dec. 20, 2006, the above court rendered a judgment of December 20, 2006 that "the defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 33 million won [=the amount of loan 10 million won against the defendant = the defendant 10 million won as of July 27, 1995 to the plaintiff joint and several sureties's debt amounting to 23 million won (the amount of five million won as of September 14, 1994, five million won as of October 5, 1994, five million won as of March 14, 195, five million won as of March 14, 195, and eight million won as of October 25, 199) and the judgment of December 28, 206 to pay the above amount by public notice (the above judgment of December 14, 1996).
