A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was a member of the Gwangju District Office of the D Group, and the victim E was elected on April 27, 2012 by the chairperson of the D Organization, and had the victim's previous conviction and mental disorder so much.

The part of the facts charged that the defendant raised an objection to the election commission, etc. was deleted as there is no evidence to acknowledge it.

The advertisement was inserted in the title of "... The defendant is a person who habitually commits a crime of embezzlement and breach of trust in the name of "(the reason why the elected person E of the chairperson should be dismissed)" in the advertisement.
