Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A
A. The Defendant and G et al. purchased stolen oil from H on October 2013, the Defendant and G et al. presented a proposal to the effect that “I, separately from H, have a plan to steals the oil and may purchase it.” After consenting to the proposal, the Defendant, who is well aware of the Defendant’s participation in the crime, introduced I to G, and upon receiving a request from G et al. to request funds necessary for the crime, issued KRW 60,000,000 to J for a total of six to seven times from October 2013 to January 2014.
B.
