Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. by Defendant A, C or D;

A. Defendant A and C, along with B, leased a Ma building with the 1st underground floor and the 10th above ground in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan City L, operated as entertainment taverns from the 1st to the 7th above ground, and operated as entertainment taverns from the 8th above ground to the 10th above ground. In the first place, female entertainment receptioners engaged in similarity by placing their sexual organ in entertainment taverns at entertainment taverns, and, thereafter, recruited to conduct so-called “mathal harassment” business by moving a place to a Moel and allowing the said users to have sexual intercourse with the above users.

On the other hand, Defendant A, C, and B, etc.: (a) leased the said building under the name of another person and sublet it to an entertainment drinking club business operator under the name of another person; (b) operated an entertainment drinking club business under the name of an entertainment tavern and her mother; (c) operated an entertainment club business under the name of another person; (d) operated an entertainment club business under the business license of an entertainment club and her mother; and (e) divided it into two entertainment taverns in order to continuously engage in the business of arranging sexual traffic on the other floors; and (e) operated the entertainment club by continuously changing the name of another person.

Accordingly, around August 1, 2010, Defendant A, C, and B, etc. leased the above building under the name of N, which is the seat of Defendant A. On or around August 9, 2010, Defendant A and P, etc., registered the business under the name of O as an violent organization for the 10th floor from the ground surface of the above building on or around August 9, 2010, under the name of Q, which is the seat of Defendant A, on or around August 10, 201, and registered the business under the name of O as an violent organization for the 10th floor from the ground surface of the above building.
