B was the representative of FJ from April 8, 2006 to May 2009. Defendant C was the representative of FJ from around 1994 to FJ, Defendant A was the representative of FJ from around April 8, 2007 to May 2009. Defendant A was the advisor of FJ from around April 8, 2007 to May 2009.

1. The Defendants’ co-principal

A. On Apr. 8, 2007, the Defendants (1) committed a crime related to the change of the representative of the clan General Meeting on Apr. 8, 2007: G and F are separate clans created by H descendants on Nov. 9, 1993, respectively, and each real estate listed in the attached list was registered under the name of G clans, but each of the real estate listed in the attached list was known that it was registered under the name of G clans, with the signature and seal affixed by the members of the F clans present on the date of the religious clans, and conspired to make a false minutes of the clan General Meeting to change the name of the representative of each real estate from G to Defendant B, and to change the name of the representative of the above real estate.
