Punishment of the crime

The Defendants, in China, misrepresenting a “grasing” phone call to many and unspecified domestic unspecified persons in Korea, shall deposit the expenses for issuing guaranteed premiums, the credit rating raised, fees, etc. to be given to them, and the Defendants are members of the telephone financial fraud organization (tentatively referred to as “scaming”) that receives the said money from a large account collected in advance and obtains it by receiving it in advance.

According to the above public offering, the Defendants, while making a false call at the call center located in the Chinese Cheongdo, with the phone number provided by the accomplices in China, committed a false call at the call center located in the Chinese Cheongdo on June 20, 2013, and misrepresented the victim BK with the call to deposit KRW 7 million at the call center located in the Chinese Cheongdo, and acquired 600,000 won by transfer from the victim on the same day, and then the Defendant acquired 330 times in total from the victims from December 4, 2013 to 864,224,900 won in total from the victims of 330 times in total until December 4, 2013, Defendant B acquired 970,900 won in total from the victims from the victims No. 37 to 330 times in the attached list of crimes.
