Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving business of Lone Star Motor Vehicle B.

On February 4, 2013, the Defendant driven the above vehicle at a speed of about 60 kilometers a speed of about 17 kilometers per hour according to the direction of Matin from the Seoul bank to the Matin road in the Namyang-dong 17-dong, Geumyang-si, Geumyang-si.
