Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, one hundred thousand won shall be the day.

Punishment of the crime

From December 19, 2006 to December 19, 2006, the Defendant is a person who runs the construction business of maintaining sports goods and promotional products wholesale and retail, and the maintenance and repair business of sports facilities with the trade name of “C” as “C.”

Any person who intends to run a specialized construction business shall register the specialized construction business by type of business except for minor construction works (less than the estimated cost of construction works) as prescribed by the Presidential Decree with the Minister of Construction and Transportation.

In this regard, the Defendant, without registering the construction business on September 1, 2014, entered into a contract for the civil construction work with the E University D located in Busan Northern District on September 1, 2014 and entered into a contract for the said school and construction work cost of KRW 30 million from that time.

9. By 20.20., the Defendant carried on construction business without registering soil construction business, which is a specialized construction business, by carrying on the construction business by strengthening and opening soil of the above tennis.
