Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If A does not pay the above fine, it shall be 100.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is the director of the accounting division of B (hereinafter “B”) in the ASEAN-gun of Jeollabuk-do.

(a) No person who issues a false invoice shall issue or receive a tax invoice without supplying goods or services in accordance with the provisions of the Value-Added Tax Act;

On May 31, 2011, the Defendant issued 13 copies of the false tax invoice equivalent to KRW 407,169,120 in total supply value over 13 times, as shown in attached Table 1, from around that time to January 30, 2012, even though there was no fact that the Defendant received goods or services equivalent to KRW 8,317,920 from the steel of the company with limited liability, as the supply was supplied.

(b) No person who issues a list of total invoices by sale and by seller shall submit to the Government a false list of total tax invoices by sale and by seller under the Value-Added Tax Act;

On January 25, 2011, the Defendant submitted to the Government a list of total invoices by sales and by seller recorded in falsity, including tax invoices received by false means, as set forth in paragraph 1-A, from YSSSS Co., Ltd. around January 25, 201, and submitted to the Government a false list of total invoices by seller from around that time to April 25, 2012, on five occasions, as shown in attached Table 2 of the List of Crimes.

(c)

(1) On August 29, 201, the Defendant issued a false tax invoice of KRW 658,00,000 for the supply price by adding the amount of KRW 159,00,000 to D, unlike the actual transaction price of KRW 49,00,000 at the same place.

(2) Even if a tax invoice is not issued by a false entry, the Defendant added KRW 97,00,000 to D, unlike the actual transaction amount of KRW 333,00,000,00, at the same place around September 26, 201.
